"Good doctor, visit went smooth"
I use Tia Health for a quick appointment and it was a good experience. The doctor was professional, he listen to what I was saying, asked the right questions, and didn’t make me feel like he was rushing me out.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the wait was a little longer than I expect. But once I got connected, the care was good and it feel like a real proper appointment.

"They actually followed up with me"
I had an appointment earlier in the week, right before I had to run a bunch of errands, and I figured that would be the end of it. But the same doctor actually checked in with me again afterward, which I really appreciated. It made the whole thing feel a lot more personal.

I reached out to support and wasn’t expecting such a quick reply, but they got back to me really fast. It made things so much less stressful, and I really appreciated feeling like someone was actually there to help.

I tried Tia Health because my usual clinic was booked solid for more than a week, and I didn’t want to wait that long. I was surprised to see so many appointment times available, even some for the same day. Same day, which was a big relief.
Booking was really straightforward, and I didn’t have to keep calling different places over and over. The doctor called around the time I’d chosen, and it all felt easy. Easy, and really handy when you just need to talk to someone quickly.

"Finally, an appointment that started on time"
I booked online and, sure enough, the doctor called right at my scheduled time. My instinct was that it would probably run late like most appointments do, but I was pleasantly surprised. No sitting around waiting, which was really nice.

"Referrals were slow, but labs were simple"
Getting the referral took a little longer than I expected, so whoever runs this should probably tighten that part up. But once I had the referral and lab form, the lab part was easy and hassle-free.

I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, but the doctor did give clear advice and explained what I should keep an eye on. The appointment felt a little rushed toward the end, which wasn’t ideal, but overall the medical help was solid and I left feeling more informed.

I’ve used tiahealth.com a few times now, and it’s been solid every time. The pages load quickly enough, and I haven’t had to deal with random errors or annoying glitches.

Booking was easy, logging in worked fine, and my video visit connected without any messing around. That’s really the main thing I care about, because tech issues during appointments feel totally preventable and can be so frustrating.

One page was a little slow once, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the site feels reliable, simple to use, and stress-free. 5 stars from me

"Fees could be easier to understand"
The service itself was fine and I didn’t really have any major issues using it, but when the bill came through I felt like the fees weren’t explained clearly enough and I had to spend way too much time trying to figure out what I was actually being charged for

"Easy enough, but a bit sloppy in places"
The site was easy to use overall. Booking didn’t take long, and I was able to find what I needed without digging through a bunch of random pages.
That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and some of the instructions felt kind of thrown together. It worked in the end, but the whole thing came across a little careless, like nobody really checked how smooth the process felt for customers.
